Ensuring the privacy, the respect for privacy and the protection of the data of visitors (“VISITOR” or “VISITORS“, without distinction) on the website https://vivunt.cl/ (“THE WEBSITE“) is a priority for Vivunt Pharma Chile Limitada (“VIVUNT“).

VIVUNT hereby informs its Privacy Policy, Respect for Privacy and Data Protection (the “PRIVACY POLICY”) for VISITORS to freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide the personal data that may be required of them when completing the forms on THE WEB SITE.

The access and/or visit of THE WEB SITE expresses the knowledge and acceptance of the VISITOR of the terms of this PRIVACY POLICY.

VIVUNT is not responsible for the privacy policies of external sites, nor does this PRIVACY POLICY apply to them. In this sense, it is recommended that VISITORS review the privacy policies of all sites they visit.

This WEBSITE does not allow the VISITOR to provide any personal information through it, except through the following channels:

• “Contact” form that allows VISITORS to leave queries, comments or suggestions.
• “Work with us” form to join VIVUNT.

The data required to complete these forms are:

In the case of the forms to join VIVUNT, the VISITOR may also choose to attach his/her CV.

The forms completed and sent by VISITORS will be forwarded to the corresponding area for reply and/or further contact.

In particular, CVs collected by these means will be forwarded to the human resources area for their consideration.

It should be noted that as VIVUNT belongs to an economic group with international presence, it is likely that, after considering the particular characteristics and conditions of each applicant, it will be necessary to share your CV with affiliated companies, subsidiaries or companies that are associated in some way with VIVUNT, and that are present abroad. In this sense, by sending us your CV, you accept and authorize us to share your data with our affiliates.

The collection and processing of the aforementioned data has the sole and exclusive purpose of processing your request. In no case will the data collected be used for commercial, promotional or marketing purposes, inside or outside the WEBSITE.

Additionally, by accessing and browsing our WEBSITE, certain data is stored on our servers, information that we use only for statistical purposes, to improve your future experience on our WEB SITE, maintaining the anonymity of each VISITOR so that the person cannot be identified. VISITORS guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the data provided by them and undertake to keep them duly updated.

VIVUNT has adopted the highest level of security available to comply with this PRIVACY POLICY, and it has applied all means and technical measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and/or theft of the data provided by VISITORS. However, security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

In this regard, it is your personal responsibility to ensure that the computer you are using is adequately secure and protected against malicious software. If you do not have adequate security measures in place, such as up-to-date anti-virus software, or if you use software of dubious origin, there is a risk that the data and passwords you use to protect against access to your information by unauthorized third parties will be exposed.

Additionally, VIVUNT states that, when required, it may disclose to the competent public authorities the data provided by VISITORS, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and regulations.
